November 2021 Update

Additional funding coordination with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is completed and property appraisals for right of way and easement acquisition are resumed. Monetary offers for new right of way and easement parcels are projected to begin in April 2022, subject to TxDOT approval.
