Schematic - October 2020 Update

The schematic is a preliminary engineering design drawing required by TxDOT to approve the project’s design concept and construction “footprint.” Because the improvements to Merritt Road are largely funded with federal dollars, TxDOT reviews and approves the designs to ensure that Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) minimum standards are being met.
